Quality
Quality Control & Assurance
Patigaa Nigeria Limited adopts a Total Quality Management approach. The company's quality system is described in company materials as “Excellence Through Change.” Quality teams and quality coordination roles have been established, while processes are defined, developed and documented.
The company's quality policy is supported by coordination from the Director of Operations and a Quality Assurance Programme (QAP) established to achieve the desired level of quality. The QAP applies across design, engineering, fabrication, testing and quality control, with regular top-management meetings held to review the programme.
